At age fourteen, Zelda Rossi witnessed the unthinkable, and has spent the last ten years hardening her heart against the guilt and grief. Circumstances leave her stranded in an unfamiliar city, and in an embarrassing moment of weakness, she meets a guarded young man with a past he’d do anything to change...

Beckett Copeland spent two years in prison for armed robbery, and is now struggling to keep his head above water. A bike messenger by day, he speeds around New York City, riding fast and hard but going nowhere, his criminal record holding him back almost as much as the guilt of his crime. 

Zelda and Beckett form a grudging alliance of survival, and in between their stubborn clash of wills, they slowly begin to provide each other with the warmth of forgiveness, healing, and maybe even love. But when Zelda and Beckett come face to face with their pasts, they must choose to hold on to the guilt and regret that bind them, or let go and open their hearts for a shot at happiness.

The Butterfly Project  é o melhor livro que eu li este ano. Não tenho palavras para expressar o quanto eu amei este livro. É poderoso, único, intenso, emocional e uma história realmente bonita.

Emma Scott fez isso de novo: fazer eu cair no amor com caracteres danificados . Eu amei eles, sofro e torci  por eles. A escrita foi absolutamente lindo, evocativa e cativante. A jornada de Zelda e Beckett é  poderosa e especial.

Zelda Rossi lança seu romance gráfico para várias editoras de quadrinhos grande em Nova York, mas recebe uma recusa  por justificarem que está faltando coração de  sua história .O problema é que para Zelda o coração dela está inteiro na história e ela não sabe onde começar as mudanças que são necessárias para que ela tenha uma nova chance.Mas para isso ela precisa de um lugar para ficar, que não é fácil, porque o custo de vida em Nova York é alto e ela está sem dinheiro. Isso é onde Beckett entra em jogo.Ele também está quase sem dinheiro; Então para simplificar a história, os dois fazem um acordo que beneficia os dois: ele pode completar seu aluguel e ela tem um teto sobre sua cabeça enquanto  pode trabalhar na sua história. E assim começa a jornada dessas duas pessoas incríveis.

Zelda e Beckett não são diferentes quando você olha para eles : ambos carregam uma culpa enorme consigo  . Cada um deles tem seus próprios demônios para lutar. Tanto a necessidade de aprender a perdoar, para ter uma chance de realmente seguir em frente.A viagem destes dois foi bonita de ver acontecendo lentamente, tudo no seu tempo. Eu amei como o autor lidou a viagem destes dois, e eu adoro que eles foram por esse caminho juntos.Não foi uma jornada fácil , mas ambos enfrentaram isto   juntos e para mim foi esse fator que fez a história tão bonita. Estes dois são um daqueles casais que estão destinados a ficar juntos.

The Butterfly Project É um daqueles livros que despertam  todos tipos de  sentimentos e ocupa um lugar especial no meu coração.É uma história poderosa, brilhante e emocional sobre segundas chances, perdão e amor. Certamente é uma história que aconselho todos a reservar um tempo e se você permitir que este único e incrível história tocar seu coração.

Esse livro certamente vai para minha lista de Favoritos .

The Butterfly Project is the best book I have read this year.I have no words to express how much I loved this book.It’s powerful,unique intense, emotionala and truly beautiful story. 

Emma Scott Did it again: make I fall in love with broken characters. I love them, cherish and root for them. The writing was absolutely beautiful, evocative and captivating.Zelda e Beckett Journey is powerful, unique and special. 

Zelda Rossi pitches her graphic novel to several big-time comic book publishers in New York City,But receives a refusal justified that your story is missing her heart.The problem is that for Zelda her heart's that story and she doesn't know where to begin the changes that are necessary for her to have a new chance.But for this she needs a place to stay, which is not easy because cost of living in New York is loud and she's short on cash.That's where Beckett comes into play. He He's also almost out of money; so to simplify the story, the two make a deal that benefits both: he can complete your rent and she has a roof over your head while you can work on your story.And so begins the journey of these two incredible people.

Zelda e Beckett Are no different when they look: both carry a huge fault with you. Each of them has his own demons to fight. Both need to learn to forgive, to have a chance to really move on. The journey of these two was beautiful to see happening slowly, everything in your own time. I loved how the author handled the journey of these two, and I love that they went down this path together.It was not a journey either took, they traveled this path together and for me it was this factor that made the story so beautiful. These two are one of those couples who are meant to be together.

The Butterfly Project It's one of those books that woke me up all the feelings and holds a special place in my heart. It's a powerful, brilliant and emotional story about forgiveness, second chances and love . Surely it is a story that I advise everyone to book a time and if you allow this unique and unbelievable story touch your hearts.
